For our guests, video-monitored parking spots are available directly at the hotel.
One parking spot per room is included.
Parking at owner’s risk. No liability assumed for vehicles or contents.

Minibuses up to 8 meters in length are welcome upon request.
Parking spaces for additional vehicles are available based on availability.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available – please bring your own charging cable.

We are happy to arrange a comfortable transfer to and from the train station as well as from Bolzano Airport for an additional charge. Individual transfers are available upon request.

Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. – early arrival is possible.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. 

In case of early arrival, you may occupy your room free of charge, subject to availability.

A late check-out is available upon request and for an additional fee.

For direct bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (excluding special offers). For cancellations between 5 and 1 day before arrival, 70% of the total stay will be charged.
For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged. We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance and are happy to advise you. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the period and the booked offer.
 

For unforeseen events, we recommend the “Hotel Storno Plus” travel cancellation insurance by the European Travel Insurance.

Pets are welcome for a surcharge of € 10 per night. For consideration of other guests, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, green areas, or pool areas. We are happy to offer alternative seating options.

Our villa is a historic building. Please inform us in advance about your individual needs so that we can support you as best as possible.

Changes or cancellations must always be made through the original booking channel.

Boutique design, spacious balconies – close to the garden, the sunbathing lawn and outdoor pool.
 

All rooms are equipped with bathrobes, slippers, a wellness bag, and a hairdryer. Minibar and telephone are available for an additional charge. Air conditioning is available in selected categories (Deluxe and Villa Bavariette). Elevators are available in all buildings.

Our dining times provide the perfect setting for culinary moments from breakfast to dinner:

• Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
• Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (last seating)

In the evening, you may choose from our 4-course dinner menu (individual courses also possible).

The wellness area features an outdoor pool in the hotel garden, a stylish indoor pool, and a whirlpool. The offer is complemented by a steam bath, spa treatments, and a spacious garden as a peaceful oasis.

Yes, the outdoor pool in the hotel garden offers refreshment and relaxation – ideal for swimming or unwinding on the sunbathing lawn.

Our spa offer includes a selection of relaxing and revitalizing massages – from classic full and partial body massages to foot reflexology and craniosacral treatments, as well as special applications with natural products such as honey, Swiss pine, or singing bowls.

In addition, we offer facial pampering treatment and body packs on the floating steam bed (e.g. algae, apple, or mud), combined with short massage elements.

Hiking highlights directly from the hotel:

Merano’s historic old town with its arcades, promenades, and the Kurhaus can be reached comfortably in about 10 minutes on foot.

E-bikes are available for a fee, mountain bikes are free of charge.

Between the end of November and January 6, Dependance Palma is open for your Christmas market holiday.

Yes, all guests receive the South Tyrol GuestPass free of charge. It allows free use of buses and trains throughout South Tyrol, up to Trento, Brenner, and Müstair.
